Interview Lounges
$10,000
Interview Lounges offer companies the opportunity to have a private room outside the Exhibit Hall to host interviews with Graduate Students. Educational presentations with speakers and/or poster presentations are not permitted. Includes one registration for recruiter, 6' table and two chairs, recognition in program, website, exhibit hall highlights, and mobile app.
Awards Sponsorship
Poster/Oral Presentation Award
Minimum $2,500
Support the presentation award program, which recognizes student presenters at the closing banquet for giving an outstanding poster or oral presentation. Covers up to 7 awards.
Student Travel Award
Minimum $10,000
Supporting the Student Travel Award sponsorship gives the award recipients the funds to travel and attend the conference. Each travel award covers up to 5 students. Any amount is accepted.

Booth Traffic Driver
Exhibit Hall Passport $2,500
As a supporting participant of the Exhibit Hall Passport, your company can join in the fun while greatly increasing your booth traffic.
How It Works
Participating attendees will visit supporting booths to scan a QR code and be entered into a raffle to win a prize. (Limited to 12 participants.)
Headshot Lounge $8,000
Provide attendees onsite with a new professional headshot. The headshot lounge is a high energy, highly brandable sponsorship opportunity. A professional headshot is instrumental in the digital age. Over 650 attendees received headshots at ABRCMS 2023!

Session Sponsorship Opportunities
Opening Session Sponsor
$25,000 (EXCLUSIVE)
Place your corporate brand at the center of the Opening Session as attendees gather to hear important and relevant topics.
What's Included
Sponsor receives branding on all marketing efforts and a two-minute speaking opportunity to address the audience and introduce the Opening Session speaker or panel.
Scientific, Affiliate Event, and Professional Development Session Sponsorship
$5,000 Per Session
Sponsor a scientific, affiliate event and/or professional development session. The format and duration of sessions may vary. Types of formats include panel discussions, lectures, or small group discussions.
What's Included
Sponsorship includes one complimentary registration for one speaker. Sponsor is responsible for all other expenses. Visit abrcms.org/proposals to learn more.
Important note: Session proposals must be submitted by July 10, 2024. Session sponsorship is contingent on acceptance into program. Disposition notices will be issued on August 20, 2024.
Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions
$1,500 each (Limited Quantity: 4)
Make an even bigger impact at ABRCMS with a Featured Exhibitor Spotlight.
You will have the opportunity to speak and directly engage with your target audience. The spotlight session will be held in the Exhibit Hall Theater and is meant for those looking to maximize their experience and results.

“You are Here” Sign Branding $8,000
EXCLUSIVE offer!
Place your logo or advertisement in one of the most heavily trafficked locations at ABRCMS 2024. Your brand will be placed at the top of a large structure that will attract attendee’s attention as they arrive at the main entrance of the Exhibit Hall.
The feature allows attendees to view the exhibit hall floor plan, posters, exhibitor list, and instructions on how to download the mobile app.
Digital Advertising
ABRCMS 2024 offers attendees on-the-go information via the conference’s mobile app. The conference app provides attendees with access to the full meeting, abstracts, exhibitor listings, as well as interactive maps and social media interactivity.
